Redeemer

Member of the Champions and younger sister to Dementia, Redeemer is a powerful mentalist who wears a distinctive set of oxblood red armor.

She was once a street-level crimefighter. Working with her partner Tenebris, she was feared by criminals throughout the city for her combined use of Telepathy and Mental Illusions to discover a person’s most powerful fears and then to torment them mercilessly with these until they agreed to turn themselves in. Defender recruited the duo into the Champions two years ago. Redeemer has agreed to show some restraint in the more sadistic uses of her powers, at least for now.
