Formerly known as the Bowman, Fletcher "Fletch" Ackerman is the grandson of Bowman I and son of Bowman III. His father, the third Bowman, was killed in a battle with Takofanes before Fletch was born. Raised by his mother, he learned how to handle a bow from a close family friend and father figure, Thomas Quinn, Bowman II.

Formerly the leader of the Watch, Fletcher Ackerman set aside the legacy of the Bowman, believing that allowing the death of Cyclone made him unworthy to carryon the name. Ackerman adopted the name Red Arrow and began hunting the world's most dangerous supervillains on his own.

Powers/Abilities

The Bowman is a highly-skilled archer who utilizes a variety of "trick" arrows. He is also a very competant hand to hand combatant.

Appearance

Tall, handsome young man with the build of an Olympic gymnast. As the Bowman, Ackerman wore a slate-colored tunic with a hooded mask, gloves, and archer’s arm-guards. He also wore a tailored suit of fine gold chainmail links beneath his costume and a black quiver strapped to his belt. He has a custom compound bow.
