Radium

A medical researcher specializing in treatments for cancer sought answers in focused radiation; an accident in his lab resulted in a transformation. His own body now uncontrollably generated sickening and potentially lethal levels of radiation. Eventually, Radium donned a protective suit with devices built in that allow him to focus and discharge radiation. He continues to search for a cure for his condition; he has recently written a popular biography of Manbot, whose life and peculiar condition Radium has been researching for several years.
